THE CASA STORY

“Two of our key values are Accountability and Efficiency. We hold ourselves accountable to our shareholders, and we invest their money where it belongs–into smart exploration.”

Farshad Shirvani
Casa Minerals CEO

Positioning for a Metals Supercycle

We founded Casa on two basic premises

  1. We are entering a metals supercycle, particularly for gold, copper and battery metals, and
  2. North America’s prime mineral regions have highly valuable properties that others have overlooked. With rigorous study, a passion for geology and creative negotiation, we find these projects, acquire them on favorable terms and generate value.

Acquiring Congress, Our Flagship Project

Such was the case with our flagship Congress Project in Arizona. Due to low gold prices, Republic Goldfields closed the Congress Mine in 1992 when it was still producing high-grade gold. Mineral rights reverted back to the owners, and the project sat idle for 30 years.

After painstaking analysis of data, and spending weeks walking the Congress ground, we saw an overlooked opportunity. We negotiated with the various property holders, raised over $2.5 million and closed an option agreement in June of 2021. Exploration began in early 2022.

Join us as we unlock the hidden value at Congress and all our projects going forward.
