“We owe it to our shareholders to invest our money wisely, and strategically, taking calculated risks and discovering value with leverage that others have overlooked.” Anke Woodworth, CFO and Director

Our Value Proposition to Shareholders

Ground Level:
Casa is undervalued, with low dilution. The exploration of all projects remains at an early stage with significant potential for expansion, so investors can participate in strong growth.
Long-Term Strategy

Source highly undervalued mineral projects in the world’s safest and most viable mineral jurisdictions, then use our exploration expertise and funding ability to increase project value. We intend to sell our developed assets outright, or profit by retaining participating interests and/or royalties.

Focus on Large-Scale Projects:
Each of Casa’s projects holds large-scale potential for porphyry and VMS copper resources plus gold, silver, zinc and molybdenum.
Incentivized Management:
With Terracad holding 12% of the company, we’re aligned with shareholder interests and values. Our overriding goal is to build a copper company that provides exceptional shareholder returns.
Arizona:
#1 in North America for copper and a key gold producer, offers a proven and stable jurisdiction known for big, successful mines and government support. The Arizona Copper Belt remains one of the key regions for copper exploration and mining.
Congress:
Extensive gold, copper and silver mineralization in veins, with abundant porphyry-type mineralization at surface. Former mine was one of Arizona’s biggest gold producers.
Share structure:
66 million shares outstanding, funded for current exploration.
Gold and Copper:
Right commodities. Right time. We believe the current market momentum portends a metals supercycle, and we have the assets in place to capitalize on our vision.

Our Strategy

Focused on Long-Term Value Generation

Our strategy is to source highly undervalued mineral projects in the world’s safest and most viable mineral jurisdictions, then use our exploration expertise and funding ability to increase project value. We intend to sell our developed assets outright, or profit by retaining participating interests and/or royalties.

Leveraging Management’s Previous Success

Casa’s founder and CEO Farshad Shirvani, along with the entire Casa team, played key roles that led to Osisko’s buyout of Barkerville Gold Mines and the Cariboo Gold Project. Erik Ostensoe, Casa’s QP and Chief Geologist, led early-stage work at the Valley of Kings and KSM areas, the Schaft Creek copper-molybdenum deposit of Copper Fox and Teck, and the Chu molybdenum deposit near Vanderhoof, B.C. He also discovered Doubleview Gold’s Hat copper-gold deposit in British Columbia,

Putting Our Exploration Capital to Work

A key part of our strategy is to operate efficiently, ensuring that most of our funding is applied to exploration and building value. We maintain a lean operation and honor our shareholders’ trust by investing their money strategically and responsibly.
